Rejected petition stopping all councils from throwing cats on streets when clearing houses

local councils go in and clear empty houses if there are cats in that property they put them out on the streets and board up the property. they dont even call animal charities. they just leave them there to starve or die. how can this be aloud. there are such things as dog wardens but nothing for cats. we must all pull togeather and get this stopped. please show your support
