Trafalgar square is the centre of our city and the fountains draw in tourists.As we are in the Queens Diamond year and the olympic year although we are in a drought the famous fountains should be kept flowing despite whatever.It will be embarrasing for our city that we cannot keep our major tourist attraction flowing at a time when the worlds eyes are upon us
