Rejected petition Make the GCSEs and A-Levels in 2021 open book exams.

during the COVID-19 pandemic year 10s and year 12s have missed out on a lot of content. the 2020 GCSEs and A-Levels got cancelled, and it would be completely unfair to expect the year 10s and 12s to do the normal GCSEs when their education has also been negatively impacted.
the year 10s and 12s also had a negative impact on their education and missed out on so much important information.
Why was this petition rejected?
