I am writing this e-petition to help home owners like myself who live in a SOLID wall house and being unable to receive free grant funded wall insulation. I am hoping enough signatures for home owners like myself will further push the government to aid grants or offer free insulation against home owners with SOLID walls meeting European green carbon emissions who are currently DISCREMINATED BY THE GOVERNMENT NOT being able to receive free solid wall insulation OR SUBSIDISED REALISTIC FUNDING FOR ALTERATIVE INSUALTION TYPES.
