Scrap the Green Deal which proposes that any house improvements must be accompanied by energy saving works such as cavity wall insulation, more "efficient" boiler etc as prescribed by the local council. This would deter people from doing any improvements to their house. This is an intrusion on privacy and freedom of choice, not to mention sheer bureaucratic bullying.
