Closed Cancel benefits for work shy who do nothing but breed.

There is a large part of society who have never worked, they have done nothing but milked hardworking taxpayers. Why do they get more money for having more and more children?? Why does the country encourage them to breed?? Benefits should be capped at 1 child, if people are irresponsible enough to have more children than they can afford, it is their problem. They will over run the country if the are not stopped now. Wh should we pay for them?
