Consult with vehicle manufactures in order to create a standard for Electric Vehicle batteries that are suitable for easy fast replacement by the driver, without tools, and create legislation to force standardization on all vehicle manufactures, and on the oil companies to make available recharged said batteries at all petrol/diesel outlets throughout the UK.
