Rejected petition Childrens Right to Association
More details
Human rights form a basic level of protection for society, Children's rights aim to protect those most vulnerable, our children.
They are law, pre defined and not up for debate in our modern society. A basic entitlement.
I wish to highlight frequent unpunished breaches to this right in our society.
My sole aim is to highlight a child has the right to association with both biological parents.
If this right is withheld by a parent with sole custody why is this not addressed, ignored by social services and somehow flexible and misunderstood in society.
If you break a human right there is a punishment, right?
I want this to be debated, from a very basic level.
