All Bull Terrier type dogs should be kept leashed and muzzled at all times when in public places. If not the owner will be fined £500. If fine not paid within 30 days the dog will be taken into a rehoming centre immediately. If a Bull Terrier type dog causes injury or harm to any other animal or person due to not adhering to these rules the dog will be put down and owner will be fined the £500 and will have to cover the injured fees (veterinary bills etc).
