This is a petition to help the plight of lost animals that are given a home by the finder.
1..That if the finder wishes to keep the animal,after taking all reasonable steps to find the owner,then they should be allowed to do so,without the animal being taken from them by the area dog warden and placed in kennels,for the finder to buy back at a high cost.
2...We the undersigned would like the government to amend this profit making law,as the welfare of these animals HAS to come first and NOT to use animals as a way of making money ... This is animal abuse..We need this law amending !!!!
