This petition is to ask for a law, that for those who commit a drink driving offence and take a life while driving under the influence. But who also has previouse motoring offences convictions, should automaticaly be given the highest end of the scale of 14 years. With no mittigating factors allowed that can lower the sentence from the 14 years also a driving ban for life.
