Rejected petition £1000 fine for littering UK beaches

Everyday I see fresh videos of the horrific state of our beaches in the UK with absolutely no consequence for such environmentally damaging actions, not to mention sheer vile laziness. Enough is enough, impose and enforce £1000 fine and undercover patrol. People need to be caught and shamed!!!!
