Allow the current UK resident who are HK citizens born after 1997 Jul 1st that are not BNO holders to have the same rights as the HK BNO holders, for 5 years of Indefinite Leave to Remain.

Current Hong Kong citizens that are Visa Holder UK residents who are born after 1997 will not benefit from the 1/7/20 BNO Residency Change, this will strongly affect their future possibility to gain work sponsorship as the HK BNO holders will have no work limitations.
