Latvia and Estonia have one of the lowest COVID infection rates in Europe. There are many citizens from these countries live in UK and unable to visit their families and loved ones due to restrictions. The risk of COVID is currently very low in both countries unlike some other countries which made it to exception list. For example Lithuania is on the list even thought the infection rate in there higher than Latvia or Estonia. We are feeling forgotten.
