Petition Equalise marriage and civil partnership
More details
The key difference between marriage and civil partnerships is that religious ceremony, artefacts and buildings are not permitted in civil partnerships.
Given the discriminatory nature of the current law and the fact that religion is organised superstition which should have no place in our society, we the undersigned urge the government to equalise marriage with civil partnership by banning religious ceremony from marriages and marriages from religious building.
