WE WANT THE `LOOPHOLE` PLUGGED TO STOP LEGAL ADVISERS/SOLICITORS LEAVING A PERSON AT THE MERCY OF THE POLICE AT A POLICE STATION, THIS DOES NOT OVERSEE THAT ALL PROCEEDURES ARE DONE IN A LEGAL WAY FOR THAT PERSON, THERE ARE BAD OFFICERS WHO CAN AND DO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MATTERS WHERE ONE PERSON IS AT THE MERCY OF THE OFFICERS, JUSTICE MUST BE DONE IN A BALANCED WAY WITHIN THE JUSTICE SYSTEM AND NOT ONE SIDED.
