Closed Stop legal aid for non UK citizens.

Only UK citizens should be entitled to Legal Aid, why should foreigners who commit a crime in this country and illegal immigrants, who have finance their travel to the UK take advantage of this system? It would also stop solicitors advising their clients who are non UK citizens to make repeated appeals in cases that have little chance of success.
