Today, the Chancellor has announced that they are giving above inflation pay rises to doctors, teachers, dentists and many other public sectors EXCEPT nurses. We need to get nurses included in this pay rise scheme.
Nurses were at the very frontline fighting COVID-19 so why aren’t they getting the same recognition as teachers and dentists?
I am an intensive care nurse and I have never felt less appreciated for putting my life at risk for the nation.
Why was this petition rejected?
