Nurses paying £120 a year to keep working through the COVID epidemic have had to endure staying away from family and friends and have been ignored from the pay increases and yet still have to pay this fee next year ?

Make qualified and ‘skilled’ nurses feel valued in their profession ! Make them STAY with the NHS instead of pursuing other avenues. Nurse enrolment is nothing without keeping nurses feeling valued and respected for what is expected of them daily. They care for patients and their families.
Not just through the COVID epidemic.
