To give a pay rise for all NHS staff; midwives, nurses, support workers, housekeepers, porters and all those in the public sector.

It's been already acknowledge the lack of pay rise over the last few years. Although it was passed for pay award for those who were at the top of their banding over three years there was no benefit of this and many of us did not see this pay increase. The cost of living also increases every year there still making those in the NHS in deficit.
