More and more people nowadays think it is acceptable to throw litter out of car windows or just drop it when walking down the street. The police never do anything about it and treat it as a very low level crime, this needs to change!

I therefore petition the government to introduce a compulsory community service day for littering offenders where they are forced to clear up litter in a high profile location.
