the government should make all care non profit making and all staff should be fully qualified nurses.The q c c should be disbanded and the millions spent each year ON THIS TOTALLY USELESS QUANGO put into bringing back what did work ,hospitals for elderly care.And all nurses and h ca ,s should have a proper command of english.and the government should put the care of elderly before the corrupt eu and its british hanger ons.the elderly are the people who from 1948 to their retirement built the health service .Have some respect
