Rejected petition Extended theory test certificates

I want the government to extend the theory test certificates from when lessons got stopped to when lessons can resume! It is not anyone fault that they cannot pass there driving test during this time.

It is not our fault we cannot book tests or pass tests, people need more practise doing lessons before doing tests. Theory test certificates should be extended for the amount of months we have been on lockdown.
