To review the guidlines in regards to Road Safety Accidents (Cycling) to ensure that the level of Punishment is consistent and allowing tougher sentencing for poor standards of driving, ensuring that when verdicts of reckless, dangerous driving are given in regards to loss of life a custodial sentence is given.
