Subsidised Restaurants and Café’s brought up to London prices.

Travel allowance only reimbursed at Standard rate any upgrade paid out of own pockets.

Scrap private car mileage allowance to promote use of public transport.

Housing/Accommodation allowances to be capped at £7500 pa.
