Ban the sale of tattooing machines to people other than licensed, local authority registered businesses and people. The Tattooing of Minors Act 1969 is being flouted by 'scratchers' and unlicensed individuals buying off the internet and from online auction sites.

This is creating an environment where disease, injury, long term skin damage and scarring can come from these unregulated individuals. Please support.
