Petition No Wind Turbines in Chilcote (NOTIC Action Group)

We appeal to our MPs to represent our views and oppose this development, which is inappropriately placed and due to its vast scale and nature, will undoubtedly devastate Chilcote, surrounding villages and the idyllic rural landscape.

Such projects are inefficient, uneconomical and purely pursued for the excessive financial gains on offer, which long term cannot be sustained.

Quoting Prime Minister David Cameron - 23rd April 2012.

“We shouldn’t be plonking windfarms all over communities that do not want them. The people who live in a community know what’s best for their community and we should give them a greater say.”

We would simply like our greater say.
