Rejected petition Pubs Should Choose Weather To Allow Smoking Indoors

Title says it all.

Pub owners should be able to choose whether they wish to allow smoking indoors (with adequate ventilation etc.) if they wish to. If a pub owner wished to retain the smoking ban, that would be their choice too.
