Closed petition school alert system to warn parents of events

Over the past few months Children have been put at risk with regards incidents of people trying to lure them in to cars etc. I propose that the Government enact laws to protect all young children in education from any harm by; (1) including "general child-protection awareness"( with multi agency backing)classes in the national curriculum for nursery and primary school students throughout the UK; and (2) using the current text alert system(in most schools) as an early warning system to warn all registered parents that there is a MAPPA Alert(similar to Amber Alert in the states) and (3) with yearly reviews of the security of education buildings and risk assessments(monthly) carried out and (4) and that no school or section head holds back any alerts(so children are not at risk)
