My Gas/Electricity Supplier, SCOTTISH POWER, has informed me that the reduced rates for persons on, with, Low Incomes and Disabilities will and have been ceased by this this Government.
Please support the return of these Crucial Benefits, otherwwise many Elderly, Disabled and People on low incomes will suffer.
