That there should be an inquiry into the water resource situation of the UK.
The inquiry should also look at population growth.
It should be led by Lord Cullen or someone of equal standing. They should also look at OFWAT to ascertain their effectiveness. They should decide if we require more water capture/storage facilities & look at desalination plant construction.
