We, the community of Grenoside (specifically Rojean Road and surrounding areas) wish to express serious concerns to the outline planning application (ref:12/1009/OUT) for one dwelling house on the narrow stretch of open green space on Rojean Road. Also, the intended destruction of a beautiful, healthy, mature tree to accommodate the proposed house. We respectfully request for a Tree Preservation Order to be placed on all these environmentally valuable trees on Rojean Road.
