Closed GP Assessements for DLA Claims instead of ATOS Medcal asseseements

The current medical assessements completed by ATOS Health in respect of new and ongoing claims for DLA result in an average of 60% being rejected.

Where the Claimant refers this decision to a Tribunal there is a high rate of this decision being overturned, thus wasting time and money,

I want the Governemnt to cancel these lucrative Contracts with this American Company who are notorious for acting for insurance companies in America in ensuring that claims are rejected, and to rely on Medical investigations and reports from Claimants GP,s in Britain in providing this important information to the DWP " Decision Makers "
