Petition 62.5 % SINGLE OCCUPIER DISCOUNT

I challenge Local Government's Single Occupier Discount of 25% Council Tax in the UK to be increased to 37.5%.
Reasons for justification are based on a 2:1 ratio occupier's of a similar home who are committed to contribute only 50% each of their earnings, compared to a single occupier who pays a substantiate 75% of their earnings towards Revenue Council Tax. The Single Occupier Discount increase would only be half the difference ratio 25% to 12.5% to a Single Occupier. This Means; a result adjustment revenue as a Single Occupier Discount level at 62.5%, a much fair tax revenue for all council taxpayers.
