To require all relevant Local Authorities to produce a periodic Audit of Residential Street Parking Space, identifying existing and total possible car parking space for residential needs in residential streets, public, and privately owned space in their areas.
To require them to designate On-Street Play Space in residential streets, to include times of use and areas designated within such streets.
To require that such public consultation as they may make in such matters includes children on the basis of UK obligations under Article 12 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
