Closed Government to stop all immigration & review infastructure needed to support immigrants

The Government to stop all immigration for 3 years and review the housing and infrastructure required to support immigrants in the future,and understand how this will be financed with out burdening the British public with costs we cannot support with out borrowing funds. To produce a ten year plan which will nominate a quota of skills required and countries the resources will be allowed to migrate from.
