The UK is considering introducing new filters for online pornography.
ISP's such as BT & Virgin Media will be blocking pornography as a DEFAULT allowing an 'opt-in' scheme.
Censorship and moderation at this level will be ineffective, dangerous and block a wide range of innocent materials.
If you do not wish your child to view pornography on the internet, you should moderate your child's internet access and not encroach on the freedoms of others.
This 'opt-in' scheme will not stop children accessing pornography as there will be, in some cases, even more dangerous ways to access pornography.
This petition is for the people against the 'opt-in' scheme and think pornography should not be censored or moderated in the United Kingdom as a default option.
