Rejected petition Music Theory on FD2

Bimm FD1 students feel that some form of Music Theory tuition should be available on the FD2, aside from the current modules that require use of existing theory knowledge. It seems somewhat counterintuitive, especially as the large majority of the year really enjoy the lesson.
