WE THE UNDERSIGNED WISH TO SEE POLICE COMPLAINTS TIME TO THE IPCC EXTENDING TO A `FIVE YEAR PERIOD` TO ENSURE THE PUBLIC GET JUSTICE FROM `POOR POLICE` ACTIONS, WHEN THE POLICE FAIL IN THERE DUTY TO INFORM A PERSON AT A POLICE STATION OF THE PROCEEDURES AND ENSURE THEY FULLY UNDERSTAND `BEFORE` SIGNING ANY PAPERWORK, IN A NUMBER OF CASES THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS BY WITH HOLDING THIS INFORMATION, THE LEGAL ADVISER ALSO FAILS TO PICK UP ON THIS OR HAS LEFT MAKING THE SYSTEM `NOT JUST` IN LAW.
