Making it easy to dismiss an employee without a valid reason and having the processes in place to protect an employee will not making it easy to create growth, but with the threat of an easy dismissal it will allow employers to take advantage of employee's and put them under alot of pressure to do what they want, with no process or explanation as to the reason for dismissal there is no opportunity for the employee to correct any issues and also it could effect his or her future employment prospects
