Petition Threatening Tactics by HMRC

Having been subject to bullying tactics and threatening letters I would like to ask the government why they would treat law abiding and tax paying citizens like this.

I always pay my taxes and as a small business owner feel incensed that I get a Tax Demand on 1 day and then 2 days later a threat to take debt recovery action.
When I reviewed the letters the threatening one was sent before the tax demand?
I have tried to contact Dave Hartnett and a number of other civil servants and have been ignored.

I would like the Government to consider this issue and take remedial action and re-training around Customer Service and how Tax Payers who clearly pay their taxes are treated by the people whos wages the Tax Payer pays.
Also as civil servants I would like the Government to consider making public email addresses and actually hold people accountable to respond in a timely manner.
