In view of the volatile economic situation world-wide, and the fact that historically,after every great recession comes a War:

1) That the United Kingdom immediately invests in more armaments, ships, aeroplanes and war vehicles
2) That the United Kingdom use these equipments to defend itself and it's territories overseas
3) That the United Kingdom creates and tests an encrypted communication process to be used in the event of War
