The National Health Service should be run by a public limited company, which is funded by public taxes via the government, and its shareholders. No professional business would operate in such an inefficient way that it would unnecessarily lose money. Such a business would therefore be hyper-efficient in its operations, thus making its profit and pay dividends by saving money from that paid by the government,
