Too many people are guilty of being massively distruptive whilst using public transport, turning a standard bus ride into a nightmare for other passengers, and making it unappealing to possible users.
The only way to combat this is to introduce new laws to tackle the public menace, including a penalty for the playing of loud music aswell as other negative behaviours deemed so by the driver.
