Customers in many retails sectors are being continually mislead by deceptive and constantly moving prices and tariffs. This is a widespread practice and retailers cannot be trusted to price honestly.
The government should act to ensure all prices are stable for a specified reasonable period and no small print charges are addable to the headline rate advertised.
All pricing regulations should be reviewed by a Select Committee.
