Rejected petition Legalise marijuana

For the immediate legalisation of Marijuana for recreational and medical uses.
To stop crime which is caused by the fact that it is illegal e.g people who risk their lives to smuggle it in, gang violence over the drug in the first place.
Also, if this is achieved, hundreds of thousands of pounds could be saved for the small crime of possessing/using a drug which is far less worse than already legal drugs e.g tobacco
