It is completely unfair that English students should have to pay up to the £9000 cap, whilst their Neighbour's in Scotland and whales have their fee's are subsidised to keep the fee's at £3,000. an easy comprimise would be a £5,000, or £6,000 limit, for all of Britain, not just the English
