A lot of mothers, including myself, feel that there is a lack of breastfeeding support in hospitals and in local health centres. We need more postnatal support both in hospitals and through more accessibility to lactation specialists, if necessary, keeping new mothers in hospital a bit longer if they feel that they need more round the clock help before they are discharged.
