Closed Romanian citizen's right to work for UK businesses or public sector

REQUEST: To remove all work limitations imposed and applied for Romanian citizens

REASON: The current limitation are very well presented within the HomeOffice's web site meaning RO citizens have no right to work as employees unless: they are students (part-time) or they hold a certification called Work Permit issued in very limited circumstances.

The solutions offered are ineffective; all industries are affected, all social classes, employees / entrepreneurs.

Negative side effects of the current legislation: immigrants work illegally, undeclared revenues, criminal rate increased, chains of networks specialised in illegal labour, Job Seeker allowance & other financial support schemes, etc.

Applying for a Work Permit will require an unjustified period of at least 6 months and it involves submitting documentation focused on aspects not relevant to the employment act (WP1, BR1).
