With regards to Animal Welfare & Disease Management; the trapping and releasing of urban foxes from UK Towns & Cities to the 'countryside' or other areas should be made a Criminal Offence.

In terms of Animal Welfare & Disease Management this practice is cruel, puts farm livestock and other wildlife/birds at risk and aids the spread of sarcopic mange to healthy foxes/pets.

More legistlation is needed to stop the translocation of urban foxes.

Anyone (private or business) found trapping & dumping urban foxes should be prosecuted under The Animal Welfare Act 2006.
